Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse/Lymphatic Drainage Pathways
The primary toxin drainage pathways include the colon, liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, and glymphatic system. We’ve all heard about keeping the kidneys, liver, and colon cleared of toxins—each of those organs has its own detox protocol.
To have a clean liver means to have a new lease on life.

I will suggest Dietary changes (Diets) and Lifestyle Changes that will help you jump start on your healing.
And provide information on supportive herbs and other remedies that are highly effective in soothing and healing the lining of the upper gastrointestinal tract.
TESTING
Not knowing – is guessing. When you do a test, there is no more guessing. You get deeper information and clear picture what is causing your symptoms and triggering your healing.
Also, it helps me to direct and provide/create a Bio-individual Protocol for YOU.
What is the root cause?
Viruses, bacteria and parasites
Viruses, bacteria, and parasites are living organizms that are found all around us. They are in water and soil. They are on the surfaces of food we eat. Parasitic infections are diseases caused by organisms that live off of another living thing. They can cause fever, fatigue, various intestinal symptoms, skin rashes or neurological symptoms including anxiety, stress and depression.
H.Pylori
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a type of bacteria that can cause an infection in your stomach.
If you develop an H. pylori infection, you may not have any signs or symptoms. But it can lead to peptic ulcers, gastritis, and even certain types of stomach cancer.
Candina/Yeast/Fungi
Candida/yeast/fungi is a parasite in the human body that eats nutrients found in the digestive tract. Candida produces over 80 different toxins as a by product of their digestive process which in itself places a considerable burden on the immune system. Most common symptoms are infections in the mouth and throat (“thrush”), nail fungus or vaginal (“yeast”) infections.
When your gut bacteria is imbalanced you can experience digestive issues which include constipation, diarrhea, nausea, gas, cramps, bloating. When Candida spreads systemically we start experiencing brain fog, fatigue, weakness, anxiety, depression, mood swings, skin rashes and ect.
Recent studies show that an overgrowth of Candida is associated with several diseases of the gastrointestinal tract which include ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.
Parasites
Parasites are organisms that depend on a host to survive and spread. Parasites and parasitic infections are common. They affect millions of people throughout the entire world. Many people may not notice they have an infection because they have few symptoms. Others may have serious illnesses because of them.
There are many different types of parasites, so their symptoms can vary. Common parasite symptoms may include: Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, brain fog, increase appetite and cravings for unhealthy foods, muscle aches, fever, problems sleeping, fatigue, weakness, skin rash, mood swings, anxiety and depression.
Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)
The Small Intestine is an organ in the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract) where most of the absorption of nutrients from food takes place. Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) is a disorder with excessive bacterial overgrowth, which may typically develop symptoms like nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, malnutrition, malabsorption and weight flactuations.
